Made solely from organic sprouted rye, this bread has almost twice the fibre of a standard loaf and is wonderfully filling. The grain is taken at its most nutrient-rich point, at a stage when it is most easily digestible. The bread is baked with no preservatives, dairy products or eggs. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and those with wheat intolerances.

As their name suggests, Everfresh loaves have a long shelf-life, having been pasteurised to keep them moist. Once opened, it is advised that the loaves are stored in an air-tight container in the fridge and eaten within two-three days.
