This rye flour sourdough loaf is made with a traditional overnight fermentation. To boost its nutritional content, it has added sunflower, linseed, poppy and sesame seeds.

As their name suggests, Everfresh loaves have a long shelf-life. Once opened, it is advised that the loaves are stored in an air-tight container in the fridge and eaten within two-three days.
