It's really great in coffee; many cafes use it, as it is a favourite of proper baristas! The barista secret is to heat the Bonsoy Soya Milk to 50-60 C - hold the steamer to the base of the jug, as it may cause the milk to burn. It can then be stretched and free-poured.
